“When searching for a videographer Pretty Little Films ticked all the boxes for us. We were so wowed by their films that they were top of our list. By luck they still had our date free and we organised for Graeme and I to chat through our plans and expectations for the day to check Cheryl and Kai were going to be a good fit for what we wanted.  Straight away we could tell the pair of them were down to earth, relaxed, highly organised and knew their stuff.  I would say it wasn’t the most straightforward day locations wise but nothing was a problem. They are yes people all the way wherever possible. And we booked them without any hesitation.  Out of all our suppliers, these two made us feel most at ease. I had a lot of stress going on in the build up to the wedding but I knew I didn’t need to worry about the videography side of things as everything was in hand and everything was taken care of by them. We needed to apply for permission to film in one location and there was a deadline to meet for this. Cheryl and Kai were on it straight away, they didn’t make me lift a finger, they found out the details, did the paperwork, made it happen and kept me updated.  Their communications really have been fantastic throughout. On the day itself Cheryl and Kai were wonderful, they blended in with everything going on, did everything they said they would and we hardly noticed them most of the day being so caught up in everything going on but they captured all the special moments perfectly.  We loved the sneak preview stills they put out which were stunning and our highlights film absolutely blew us away! Many of our friends and family told us they cried watching it. The emotions and memories from the day came flooding back. I still can’t believe how incredible it is! We absolutely LOVE it!!   Our full feature film had everything we wanted in it and captures the day perfectly. Cheryl and Kai went out of their way for us on some particular areas, I know this will have been additional work for them but again, nothing was any trouble and they just went over and above.  I am a worrier by nature and love attention to detail. I couldn’t have asked for better service all the way through from these two, everything has been exceptional from start to finish. Cheryl and Kai were an absolute dream to work with and the results are STUNNING and will last for generations.
